olait....this week, kak nor dtg blaja decor kek barbie pulak....see, so sweet kan... ;-) blehla lepas ni kak nor amik order kek barbie plak ek...hehe....janji confident, insyaallah bleh buat nye....well, terima kasih byk2 kt kak nor tau...insyaallah kalau kita ada ms, kita blaja yg lelain pulak ek....hehe...tengkiu kak nor.... ;-)

assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera to all....alhamdulillah, berkat semangat dr semua pihak, akhirnya menjadi jugak kelas baking & decorating RND ni....hehehe.....tp kelas kami ni xdela formal sgt yer.....rnd cuba menerapkan nilai2 blaja bersama2.....hehe...lebih friendly & mesra alam sket kata org...hehe :-p lgpun emy xbrape minat sgt nk buat kelas formal2 ni....kita sama2 blaja okies ;-) well, walaupun xformal, tp ada jugakla beberapa rules yg kita kena buat sket ek...bukan apa, utk kesenangan bersama jugak....hehe....

1stly, booking date utk blaja ni seharusnye dibuat plg lewat seminggu atau dua minggu lebih awal dr tarikh yg u all inginkan....setakat ini, yg available, cuma hari sabtu n ahad aje....sebab weekdays emy keje....harap u all faham yer... ;-) nnt dh pencen, leh la emy buat class ari2 plak...hehe....

then bayaran utk kelas plak mesti dibuat at least 3 hari sebelum dtg kelas utk confirmkan kehadiran.....sebab emy akan sediakan bahan2 u all dlm ms 3 hari tu....kalau u all xbyr, maknanye xconfirm, maknanye xblehla emy nk g membeli belah lg....maknanye yg terakhir, xdptla nk mengadakan kelas....hehe....so fhm gk ye bab ni ;-)

mm then apa lg yer...oo yer, tools yg emy dh letak kt setiap post utk kelas yg berkenaan tu mestila dibawa....kalau x nnt, xde tmpt plak nk ltk kek u all ke, apa ke...apron xde ke kang, comot plak ke baju u all nnt...hehehe....kira, bawak ajela tools needed tu ek ;-) sket je kan....bahan2 lain rnd akan sediakan....dun worry ;-)

okies....class yg ni menarik sket....hehe...sbb u all akan belajar mcmana nk decor a basketweave cake + mcmana nk buat bunga guna buttercream! resepi buttercream utk bunga ni lain sket dr resepi buttercream utk buat topping cake yg biasa tu yer...nk tau mcmana? jom join kelas ni! bunga apa yg u all akan blaja? basically, emy akn ajar 2 jenis bunga aje la....yg pastinye ada roses....then 1 lg bunga, kita akan tau ms kt dlm kelas nnt....xleh byk2, nnt terlampau heavy plak bakul bunga u all....hehehe :-p kalau nk blaja buat bunga aje, nnt akan ada kelas bunga plak...tungggguuu....huhu ;-)

well, utk decorating class yg seterusnya, rnd nk buat kelas mcmana nk mendecor kek edible img + kek novelty.....dlm kelas ni, kek akan disediakan.....student cuma perlu dtg bawak peralatan spt yg dh tertera kt atas tu, then trus bleh blaja mendecor! ;-) memula kita akan blaja decor kek edible img, pas dh siap, kita blaja buat kek novelty plak....utk gmbr2 edible img, kalau u all nk gmbr dr rnd, xde masalah....rnd akan sediakan....tp, kalau u all nk gmbr u all sendiri, plz send thru email at least a week sebelum tarikh nk dtg blaja yer...senang emy g print gmbrnye siap2 dulu ;-) fhm ek....hehe....utk novelty class plak, emy akan sediakan sume hiasan2 kek tu....so, kalau ada yg berminat, bleh contact thru my email yer ;-) tq....

okies....ni kelas utk 25 april lak....still studentnye kak nor from tmn melawati....hehe....kak nor nekad nk belajar bersungguh2 ni....tabikla kt kak nor sebab sudi mengorbankan weekend utk dtg blaja dgn rnd ;-) toceh2....hehe.....utk kelas ni kali ni, kak nor blaja choc moist + choc cream cake then vanilla butter cake + buttercream....alhamdulillah, kak nor nmpk berpuas ati dgn kerja tgnnye....rnd harap kak nor dpt praktikkan teknik2 yg kita dh blaja ni utk kak nor try2 sendiri kt umah nnt ek ;-) to kak nor, tq so much.... ;-)
